Accommodation, transport & meals

One night's accommodation will be provided in Perth City for those International and National delegates arriving into Perth on Saturday 29 March 2008.

An additional five night's accommodation will be provided at the Sanctuary Golf Resort in Bunbury from Sunday 30 March, 2008 out Friday 4 April, 2008.

It is anticipated that most delegates will depart Perth Airport on the afternoon or evening of Friday 4 April, 2008. Hence no further accommodation will be required.

Please Note: As accommodation at the Sanctuary Golf Resort in Bunbury is limited we have reserved shared apartment style accommodation only. This means that guests are required to share a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment.

Airport Transfers & Coach Transport

All guests arriving into Perth Airport will be required to take a taxi from the Airport to either their overnight accommodation on Saturday 29 March or Departure Point on Sunday 30 March. We ask that you retain your taxi receipts so that these can be reimbursed at the Workshop.

Coach transport will be provided from Perth to Bunbury on Sunday 30 March, 2008 and returning to Perth city and the Domestic and International Airports on Friday 4 April, 2008.

Meals & Social Program

All meals will be provided throughout the Workshop. Breakfast, a variety of refreshment breaks, light lunches and evening dinners will be available from Sunday evening 30 March, 2008 until Breakfast on Friday 4 April.

A Welcome BBQ will be held on Sunday to be enjoyed by all the delegates prior to commencement of the Workshop on Monday morning to enjoy Bunbury hospitality and wines from the local region.

On Tuesday 1 April Delegates will also be invited to enjoy an evening at Capel Vale Winery. Light food and some of Western Australia's finest wines will be provided for your enjoyment.

For all other evening meals, given it is intended that the workshop discussions will continue on after dinner, therefore only soft drinks will be provided by the Workshop Organisers. Alcoholic beverages will be available from the bar at your expense if desired.

We recognise that some delegates may have special dietary requirements. Please advise the Workshop Secretariat via the registration form or in writing should you require alternative arrangements be made on your behalf.
